Wrestling Federation (Estonia)

Wolf Group’s brand PENOSIL has been sponsoring the Estonian Wrestling Federation (Eesti Maadlusliit) since 2018, contributing financially to promoting children’s and youth wrestling. Strong and healthy youngsters who don’t just spend time on their devices but take pleasure in physical activity are the capital for our future.

Wrestling has been popular throughout history. There are enthusiasts all over Estonia, even in its remotest corners: 51 wrestling clubs, 2200 wrestlers and 300-400 amateurs. Alongside professional sports, amateur sports often go noticed. For us, it is especially important to support a mental and physical balance among our adolescent population.

Wolf Group founder Jaanus Paeväli is a former wrestler and has served as the president of the Estonian Wrestling Federation since 2016.

For our wrestling sponsorship campaign, a specially designed construction foam (PENOSIL All Purpose Gunfoam 172 ), acrylic sealant (PENOSIL Acrylic Sealant 636), silicone (PENOSIL Universal Silicone 315 / 315c) and hybrid adhesive (PENOSIL SpeedFix High Tack 707) were launched. Five cents from the sale of each of these products goes to wrestling promotion. In 2018, the products were labelled with the EV100 stamp: the range was a gift marking the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia.

Good Deed Foundation (Estonia)

The Good Deed Foundation (Heateo Sihtasutus), which is in an international partnership with the European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA) has been working with Wolf Group for more than a decade. Wolf Group founder Jaan Puusaag has been a member of the Good Deed Foundation Council for years. The very first projects were connected with the different organizations dealing with children´s well-being. Such as Family Center You and Me and Your Family.

Strongman Federation (Lithuania)

Wolf Group consistently supports initiatives that strengthen communities, promote active lifestyles and create long-term value for society. One such partnership is our collaboration with the Lithuanian Strongman Federation. Strongman sports in Lithuania have a history of organised competition spanning more than three decades. In 1989, Vilnius hosted the country’s first international strongman competition and saw the foundation of the Lithuanian Strongman Federation, which later became a member of the sport’s international federation.

Over the past three decades, Lithuania has produced numerous world-class strongmen and has become one of the most prominent strength-sports communities in the region. The country’s three most famous strongmen are Žydrūnas Savickas, Vidas Blekaitis and Saulius Brusokas.

Today, strongman sports in Lithuania are not just about competitions – they represent community and tradition, and are a source of inspiration to the younger generation.
