We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the world, and especially in the areas where Wolf Group’s companies are located.
PRODUCTION and SALES
Currently, all our production units and sales branches are working to meet the existing demand and ensure constant availability of our products. We have adapted safety rules and hygiene measures to continue working.
DELIVERIES
Picking up ordered goods from our production plants is possible, but we have tightened safety rules during loading and unloading. We work closely with our logistic partners to find the best solution for deliveries, avoiding blocked roads and long waiting lines at borders as much as possible.
If your company has introduced certain adjusted arrangements or restrictions regarding deliveries, please make us aware of these when ordering.
ORDERING and CONTACTING US
We continue taking orders and we are able to supply within regular lead time. Visits to our affiliates have been reduced to an absolute minimum. Where it is possible, our employees are working from home. Please contact your account manager, we are happy to help and advise you if you have any questions.
At Wolf Group, our highest priority is the safety of our employees, customers and partners. We will act responsibly and do everything we can to prevent the spread of coronavirus by following all regulations and guidelines without sacrificing our quality customer service.
