Taavi Tamkivi
Taavi Tamkivi is the founder and CEO of Salv, a regtech company founded in 2018. Before founding his own company, Taavi spent more than a decade building up compliance, AML, and fraud solutions at Wise and Skype, helping them scale from local startups to global unicorns. At Skype, he learned the challenges of managing and analyzing massive data sets. At Wise, he recognized the value of building iterative, fast-scaling tooling that meets the needs of an ever-changing financial crime landscape. Taavi acts as a Board Member and Head of the AML work group in the European Fintech Association.
