Wolf Group Reshapes Global Sales Leadership

Wolf Group has restructured its global sales management, appointing Kazimieras Motiekaitis as the Global Sales Director of House Brand Sales and Kuldar Kongo as the Director of Global Product Strategy and Private Label Sales.

Motiekaitis and Kongo represent a new generation of leaders. “Sales directors who have worked their way up within the company have a significant advantage,” says Wolf Group CEO Elari Tiimus. “They know the structure, the people, the markets and the support functions.” In cooperation, Motiekaitis and Kongo will provide clear leadership and focus on branded products and private label businesses.

Kazimieras Motiekaitis has 15 years’ sales experience at the Wolf Group. Starting out as a salesman, he has since become an excellent Country Manager who leads and coaches the Lithuanian and UK teams, which have set the sales direction for the group as a whole.

In his new position, Kazimieras Motiekaitis will be responsible for house brands, including the flagship brand Penosil– as well as strategy and portfolio management and cooperation with subsidiaries.

Kuldar Kongo is a product management and R&D professional with a passion for sales, achieving excellent results on multiple continents.

He will focus on direct sales from factories, plus product strategy and portfolio management. It will include working alongside Wolf Group´s customers, develop tailored solutions that solve their problems and provide the high level of quality, service and expertise.
