L\u2019UE \u00e9volue lentement vers des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, ce qui cr\u00e9e une demande de mat\u00e9riaux de construction, les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques d\u2019un b\u00e2timent repr\u00e9sentant environ 40 % de sa consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique totale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il est clair que pour contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, il est indispensable de diminuer la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie des b\u00e2timents pour le chauffage, la climatisation, la production d&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire et l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage, et de recourir aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Kuldar Kongo, chef de produit chez Krimelte O\u00dc, en r\u00e9action \u00e0 la directive sur la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p>Selon cette directive, tous les b\u00e2timents neufs achev\u00e9s apr\u00e8s le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2020 doivent \u00eatre des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie quasi nulle. Cette exigence, applicable aux b\u00e2timents neufs utilis\u00e9s et d\u00e9tenus par les administrations publiques, est en vigueur depuis 2019.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s M. Kongo, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent d\u00e9pend de ses besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques globaux, du type d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie fournie, de la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sur site \u00e0 partir de sources renouvelables et des d\u00e9perditions thermiques \u00e0 travers son enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure. \u00ab Diverses m\u00e9thodes et solutions doivent \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre conjointement pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent \u00e0 consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie quasi nulle, depuis la planification ad\u00e9quate de son implantation et l&rsquo;utilisation de sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelables jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la conception d&rsquo;enveloppes optimis\u00e9es pour minimiser les d\u00e9perditions thermiques. La construction de b\u00e2timents \u00e0 consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie quasi nulle en Europe accro\u00eet les attentes et les exigences quant \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux et aux comp\u00e9tences des vendeurs. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les fabricants de mat\u00e9riaux de construction se concentrent depuis des ann\u00e9es sur le d\u00e9veloppement de mat\u00e9riaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction de b\u00e2timents \u00e0 consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie quasi nulle. \u00ab Par exemple, la gamme de produits de notre marque <a href=\"https:\/\/penosil.com\/fr\/\">Penosil<\/a> comprend des solutions aux probl\u00e8mes techniques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la chaleur et \u00e0 l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 une meilleure efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques doivent \u00eatre prises en compte lors de tout d\u00e9veloppement futur de produits. Outre l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, le d\u00e9veloppement de nos produits tient \u00e9galement compte de leur durabilit\u00e9 et de leur contribution \u00e0 un climat int\u00e9rieur sain. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pertes de chaleur \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;enveloppe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Augmenter l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de la couche d&rsquo;isolation de l&rsquo;enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure suffit \u00e0 minimiser les pertes de chaleur. Selon Kongo, il ne faut pas oublier que, m\u00eame si les pertes de chaleur par conduction \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;enveloppe constituent l&rsquo;un des principaux facteurs de d\u00e9perdition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, un b\u00e2timent perd \u00e9galement de la chaleur par conduction \u00e0 travers les fuites d&rsquo;air et les ponts thermiques. L&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de la couche d&rsquo;isolation a souvent atteint ses limites de rentabilit\u00e9, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;aucun ajout ne sera rentable et qu&rsquo;il convient de se concentrer sur l&rsquo;\u00e9limination des fuites d&rsquo;air et des ponts thermiques.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab L&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air est illustr\u00e9e par le fait que l&rsquo;imperm\u00e9abilisation apr\u00e8s construction est devenue incontournable \u00bb, ajoute Kongo. \u00ab Les enveloppes doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 de nombreuses autres exigences importantes : \u00e9viter les probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, respecter les exigences climatiques int\u00e9rieures, r\u00e9duire les nuisances sonores et assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie. \u00bb Il ajoute que l&rsquo;un des principaux d\u00e9fis concernant les b\u00e2timents est le positionnement correct des fen\u00eatres, car cela implique d&rsquo;interrompre la couche d&rsquo;isolation ext\u00e9rieure ainsi que les couches d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air et \u00e0 la vapeur d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment garantir une installation de fen\u00eatres correcte et \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wolf-group.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/05\/aknas-lm_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5048\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wolf-group.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/05\/aknas-lm_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"309\" height=\"395\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wolf-group.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/05\/aknas-lme_tekst_2-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wolf-group.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/05\/aknas-lme_tekst_2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"455\" height=\"384\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9duisez les pertes de chaleur au minimum.<\/strong> Utilisez des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 faible conductivit\u00e9 thermique pour les joints de fen\u00eatres, comme la mousse de polyur\u00e9thane. Par ailleurs, les pertes par conduction thermique d\u00e9pendent de la profondeur des joints\u00a0: elles sont moindres pour les fen\u00eatres \u00e0 larges cadres, du fait de la plus grande profondeur du joint.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assurer l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air pour r\u00e9duire les pertes de chaleur dues aux fuites d&rsquo;air.<\/strong> L&rsquo;application correcte d&rsquo;une mousse de montage de qualit\u00e9 devrait suffire \u00e0 garantir l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air d&rsquo;un joint. Pour assurer l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air pendant l&rsquo;exploitation du b\u00e2timent, l&rsquo;utilisation compl\u00e9mentaire de rubans, membranes ou mastics sp\u00e9ciaux doit \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 la vapeur d&rsquo;eau prot\u00e8ge les b\u00e2timents contre l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 excessive.<\/strong> Selon les conditions climatiques, la vapeur d&rsquo;eau peut se d\u00e9placer de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur ou de l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Le premier cas est pr\u00e9dominant dans les pays nordiques pendant la majeure partie de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, tandis que le second se rencontre surtout dans les r\u00e9gions plus chaudes. Des rubans, membranes et mastics sp\u00e9cifiques, \u00e9tanches \u00e0 l&rsquo;air et \u00e0 la vapeur d&rsquo;eau, sont utilis\u00e9s pour emp\u00eacher la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de la vapeur d&rsquo;eau dans l&rsquo;enveloppe du b\u00e2timent. Ce type de construction doit imp\u00e9rativement int\u00e9grer un syst\u00e8me de ventilation performant et bien con\u00e7u.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Il est essentiel d&rsquo;assurer l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 emprisonn\u00e9e dans la construction.<\/strong> Cela inclut l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente dans les d\u00e9tails de construction lors du chantier ou celle qui s&rsquo;infiltre dans l&rsquo;enveloppe du b\u00e2timent en raison d&rsquo;une conception ou d&rsquo;une construction de mauvaise qualit\u00e9. L&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 ne doit pas rester pi\u00e9g\u00e9e dans la construction\u00a0; dans ce cas, on utilise des rubans adh\u00e9sifs \u00e0 faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la vapeur ou des mastics auto-expansibles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prot\u00e9ger la structure interne des intemp\u00e9ries (rayonnements UV, pr\u00e9cipitations, vent).<\/strong> Ceci suppose que le joint soit recouvert ext\u00e9rieurement d&rsquo;un mastic \u00e9tanche ou auto-expansible. Si le joint est isol\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieurement par un mat\u00e9riau hautement hydrofuge, l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 de la structure doit \u00eatre possible, par exemple par une ventilation de fa\u00e7ade.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c9vitez les ponts thermiques.<\/strong> Cela signifie que la fen\u00eatre doit toujours \u00eatre plac\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la couche d&rsquo;isolation et que les joints cr\u00e9\u00e9s lors de la pose doivent \u00eatre remplis d&rsquo;une mousse isolante \u00e0 faible conductivit\u00e9 thermique.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les joints doivent pouvoir r\u00e9sister aux mouvements et d\u00e9formations du b\u00e2timent.<\/strong> Les mastics tr\u00e8s flexibles sont id\u00e9aux pour les grandes fen\u00eatres, o\u00f9 il est recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser des mousses \u00e0 haute \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 afin de compenser la dilatation lin\u00e9aire due aux variations de temp\u00e9rature et d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, et pour assurer une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieure optimale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assurez une isolation phonique.<\/strong> Lors de la pose des fen\u00eatres, il est important de colmater les fissures et les points d&rsquo;infiltration, car cela contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;isolation phonique en plus de l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air.
