There has been a change in the management of Wolf Group. Elari Tiimus has been appointed the new Chairman of the Management Board of Wolf Group, with former CEO Peeter Tohver continuing as a member of the Supervisory Board.
‘Wolf Group has grown rapidly in recent years, creating the need to strengthen the company’s management. To fulfil our ambitious goals in a highly competitive global market, we need additional resources to efficiently manage all production units and to support sales organisations in 16 countries,’ says Jaan Puusaag, founder of Wolf Group, explaining the reasons behind the decision.
Elari Tiimus has strong competence in the fields of the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, and subcontracting services. He has worked in international companies such as Norma AS, Windak OÜ, and Leden Estonia AS (formerly Favor AS). In the latter two companies, he served as CEO and was a member of the group’s management team.
‘I consider myself to be strategic and results-oriented. I see myself as a people person. When a company has strong competencies, teamwork, motivation, and culture, success is only a matter of time,’ says Elari Tiimus.
‘Peeter’s contribution to Wolf Group is indispensable. He has been an attentive and empathetic leader, steering the organisation with a steady hand through transformative times,’ confirms Jaan Puusaag. ‘Peeter’s knowledge and extensive leadership experience will continue to be utilised within the Wolf Group Supervisory Board.’
